ماژول تولید بخار سرد التراسونیک ( اتومیزر ) با قابلیت تولید حجم بخار 400ml در ساعت

تکنولوژی تولید بخار سرد مبتنی بر استفاده از چند دیسک سرامیکی پیزوالکتریک می باشد. تولید بخار سرد نیاز به افزایش یا کاهش دمای آب ندارد و تولید بخار سرد در هر دمایی ممکن است.

تولید بخار سرد آلتراسونیک یا اتومیزر با استفاده از سیستم پیزوالکتریک و ارتعاشات مایع صورت می گیرد. بدین صورت که در اثر فشار مکانیکی، ولتاژ الکتریکی تولید می شود و بر اثر انرژی الکتریکی، انرژی مکانیکی ایجاد میگردد و این امر سبب تحرک بیش از اندازه مولکول های آب شده و موجب تولید بخار سرد میگردد.

سرامیک به دلیل پیزوالکتریک بودن در حضور جریان الکتریکی در فرکانس اولتراسونیک نوسان می کند و طی یک سری فرآیند و به وجود آمدن حفره در فرکانس صوت بالا، بخار آب آزاد می گردد.
